Love Them Anyway!

It is all about Love.

Love of oneself, all encompassing love of oneself, no I'm not talking the hey look at me I'm all that and your not, it's a different kind of love.

Then expand it to include those around you, Love them anyway. After all they deserve love just as much as you. So they're idiots, love them anyway. Think of them as puppies or kittens, they're gonna crap and piss all over you, but you love them anyway. You can love them and not even be a part of their life.

Something else I've learned about people, most times, their likes are not my likes. I heard this somewhere and it fits;

Some Will, Some Won't, So What, Next!

Think of it like a compass SW-SW-SW-N

Enjoy and Love

Web Hosts - Love Hate

Been dealing with a web host for more than 8 years. They have quietly taken my money and hosted some sites for my partners.

Well about a week ago the sites just went offline! We checked the accounts and yes all were paid and nothing was owed so it became a what's wrong here deal. Contacted their tech support and well they claimed it was the code that was wrong as they did not do anything at their end. Funny though how five sites went down at the same time.

Went through the log files and found there were entries pointing directly to them as having created the problems. So it was a call back to their tech support and once again nothing was done and it had to be the sites code not their problem, asked for a supervisor and after reexplaining the problem oh yes they did do a "Security Update" at the time the sites went offline and yet that should not have affected the sites in any way. They did this without telling anyone they were, what it was they were doing and how it might affect customers sites and what customers could do to fix the problems.

I asked what the update did and he read some technical stuff which I understood and finished reading by saying "Whatever that means." This is a supervisor in that department who has no clue what it is they are supporting! Talk about being promoted well beyond their level of incompetence.

We had to find solutions for issues they created. And they could not offer the least bit of support.

The good news is the sites are back up and we are in the process of looking for another hosting provider.
